Join ULI Central Florida for an exclusive walking tour of UCF's most recent and luxurious student housing development, Greystar Development’s The Accolade Collegiate Village West. The property opened in the Fall of 2023, with 1,100 beds, and was 100% leased before school officially started!
We'll tour the property and amenities, discuss the second phase, and celebrate this collective milestone for our community.
Enjoy light refreshments at the event and join us for a short walk over to 4Rivers for an optional social hour following the tour. Food and beverage at the 4Rivers Social Hour is on your own.
