ULI Central Florida organized a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to provide expert recommendations to assist the Central Florida region in providing more affordably priced, workforce homes for its citizens.  Panel member expertise included developers and owners, investors, designers, public officials, academicians, executives, and consultants.  These panels members were able to draw on their expertise and experience in order to recommend real solutions that could turn the tide on one of our region’s most critical challenges.
