Encore Entrepreneurship and the Built Environment, authored by ULI Central Florida members, explores the growing trend of people over age 50 pursuing what is being called an encore career, and, specifically, encore entrepreneurship and seeks to identify the role of the built environment and potential solutions or options for Florida residents in this age bracket pursuing an encore career.
