Please join fellow ULI members for a tour of the Cornerstone Tiny Homes manufacturing facility in Longwood, Florida. Cornerstone is a full-service design/build contractor specializing in Florida Building Code Compliant tiny houses that can be placed on foundations or built as wheeled RVs. The tour will feature an overview of the tiny home construction process and discussion on the adaptation of local land development codes to permit these homes within the Central Florida market.
Following the tour, there will be an optional social hour at the neighboring Hourglass Brewing (Longwood), located at 480 S. Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Suite 1020, Longwood, FL 32750.
