    Steve Hogan

    Chief Executive Officer, Florida Citrus Sports

    Steve Hogan is the Chief Executive Officer for Florida Citrus Sports (FCS), a non-profit event management company that is responsible for producing the Citrus Bowl, Camping World Bowl, Camping World Kickoff, Florida Blue Florida Classic, Florida Citrus Parade and other Central Florida-based events generating economic impact, and ultimately benefiting at-risk children and educational initiatives. Overcoming significant challenges and a recession which delayed the project, Hogan worked tirelessly alongside community leaders for nearly a decade to secure approval for more than $200 million to reconstruct the stadium in Orlando into a multi-purpose venue attracting marquee events. In 2016, Hogan was widely regarded as being the “quarterback” who brought together leaders from the public and private sector to convince the NFL to move the Pro Bowl from Honolulu to “The City Beautiful”. Florida Citrus Sports is a founding partner of LIFT, attempting to realize Hogan's vision that the stadium is being used as a catalyst to create pathways of progress for our neighbors facing the toughest life challenges. Hogan is a graduate of Polk State College, and later the University of Central Florida. earning a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida in 1991.

    Jim Grauley

    President and COO, Columbia Residential

    Jim Grauley is President Chief Operating Office of Columbia Residential where he oversees development, finance, asset management and corporate business operations. Projects include mid‐large scale affordable senior and family housing, mixed‐income development, and master planned, mixed‐use sites in Georgia, Louisiana, Texas and Florida. Since joining Columbia, Mr. Grauley has led the development of over 4,000 units of award‐winning, sustainable affordable and mixed‐income housing. Prior to joining Columbia in he managed the development practice for Banc of America Community Development Corporation, nationally. Mr. Grauley earned an undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences from Covenant College. He holds an MBA in real estate and finance from the Kenan‐Flagler School of Business at UNC Chapel Hill. In 2001‐2002 he was a Loeb Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He is a member of the Atlanta ULI District Council.

    Eddy Moratin

    President, LIFT Orlando

    Eddy Moratin is the Executive Director of LIFT Orlando, a non-profit organization founded by business leaders to partner with neighborhood residents and accelerate community transformation. Its mission is to break the cycle of poverty through holistic neighborhood revitalization mixed-income housing, cradle to career education, wellness and economic opportunity. Prior to joining LIFT Orlando, Eddy spent seven years as the Executive Director of Lifework Leadership Orlando, a premier leadership development organization. During this time, he also served as Senior Fellow at PathNorth in Washington D.C. helping senior leaders around the country broaden their definition of success. Eddy has a passion for encouraging others to realize their full potential and to use their individual gifts and influence for the betterment of the whole community. His early career included serving as a Client Services Consultant with Right Management Consultants, the leading global provider of integrated consulting solutions, helping 80% of Fortune 500 companies to “manage the human side of change”. He served in multiple leadership positions over a six-year career at the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest and most influential chambers in Florida with over 5,000 members. During his time there he became a founding team member for Workforce 2020, one of the most innovative, business-led welfare and workforce reform initiatives in the country. He worked with the Jobs Partnership of Florida, a job training program designed to help the under and unemployed break the cycle of poverty through employment. There he designed, launched and delivered their first corporate training curriculum for developing better leaders, managers and employees.
