    Matt Orosz

    Hanover Capital Partners, LLC

    Matt graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Matthew also received his MBA from the Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College in Winter Park with highest honors. Matt began his career with JP Morgan Chase and moved on to KTR Capital Partners, a private real estate investment trust in Philadelphia. In 2009, Matt became the Vice-President of Investments for Hanover Capital Partners pursuing a variety of opportunistic investments, primarily within the real estate sector. In addition to starting one of Central Florida’s most successful distressed land fund, Matt partnered with his brother to start Royal Oak Homes, a production homebuilding operation in Central Florida. Between 2011 and 2014, the company was ranked the fastest growing new home company in the country prior to selling it to AV Homes (AVHI) in 2014 for $65,000,000. In 2017, Matt, joined by his 2 brothers, launched their next homebuilding operation, Hanover Family Builders. Acting as Co-President, Matt led Hanover to again be one of the fastest growing homebuilding operations in the country exceeding $300 million in sales within 4 years of operations. In 2022, after navigating the pandemic, Hanover Family Builders was sold to Landsea Homes (LSEA) for $272,000,000. In 2023, Matt continues to serve as Co-President of Hanover Land Company which currently owns or controls over 8,000 single family residential lots and over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial real estate. Additionally, Orosz is working on the pre-launch phase of the latest homebuilding operation, Trinity Family Builders, which is targeted to achieve over $200,000,000 in sales within 36 months of launch. Matt’s focus and passion continues to be in the areas of strategic planning, capital markets, land acquisition, sales, marketing, and product development. Matthew is an avid adventure seeker currently training to complete an Ironman. In addition, he is an FAA certified private pilot, Licensed Skydiver, Vice-President of Orosz Family Foundation, Advisory Committee of Villanova University Real Estate program, Advisory Committee of Broadcrest Capital, Advisory Member to Cristo Rey Orlando High School.

    Michael Weinberg

    Managing Director of Mortgage Banking, Berkadia

    Mr. Weinberg is a Managing Director in Berkadia’s Orlando office with more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has extensive knowledge of all major real estate product types and is primarily responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placements along with hotel investment advisory transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Weinberg joined the firm in August 2019 and was previously Senior Managing Director for HFF. During his nine years there has was involved in more than $5 billion of executed transactions.

    Pfilip Hunt

    Wrathell, Hunt and Associates, LLC

    Mr. Hunt started in public finance in 1986 and was a licensed investment banker for over 30 years including owning his own investment banking firm for 22 of those years. He has extensive experience in financial analysis, structuring and all aspects of municipal bond originations. He has been involved in over $20 billion in public financing during his career for projects such as schools, colleges, water and sewer, stormwater, airports, seaports, transportation, athletic facilities, single and multi-family housing, and development districts to name a few. In 2005, he formed Wrathell, Hunt and Associates with Craig Wrathell and since that time has been involved in the creation, funding and management of many special districts, including many districts outside Florida. Prior to entering the public finance industry, Mr. Hunt worked in finance and marketing in Jeddah and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and Jakarta, Indonesia from 1982 through 1984. Mr. Hunt graduated from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida in 1984 with a BS degree in Finance and Economics and in 1985 with an MBA degree in Finance.
