    The Young Leaders lunch and learn series covering the basics of commercial development continues in November 2020, as a virtual event, of course. Attendees will learn the basics of what a project looks like near the end of the construction process.

    Part 3 of a 3-part lunch and learn speaker series covering the basics of commercial development. Part 3 will go into closing out a project, leasing/TI (tenant improvements), and acquisition of new vertical development. The topic will be presented by professionals involved in different stages of the process. Attendees will learn the basics of what a project looks like nearing the end of the construction process.

    Natalie Casey

    Senior Interior Designer, Scott + Cormia Architecture + Interiors

    Natalie Casey is a licensed senior interior designer with over 16 years of experience in commercial office, healthcare, and K-12/higher education design. Certified in LEED AP, Natalie works with a variety of clients across FL specializing in medical office. Mom of 2 beautiful little girls, Natalie remains very involved in the community and participates in the Boys & Girls Club along with other local nonprofit organizations. Natalie manages projects from design to construction and it an asset to the Scott + Cormia team.

    Carolyn Stanley

    VP Real Estate Operations, V3 Capital Group

    Carolyn Stanley brings over fifteen years of experience in business and project management to our team. Carolyn has a great eye for detail and a passion for the commercial real estate industry. In her role at V 3, she oversees the commercial real estate asset portfolio during acquisition, disposition, refinance, and value add servicing, in addition to the company’s technical platform and investor relations. Originally from Miami, FL, Carolyn later relocated to Orlando, FL to attend the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and acquired her Real Estate License. Prior to joining V3, she oversaw the asset management for a prior commercial real estate company and also worked in the construction industry for several years. Carolyn is married with two children who she recently adopted in 2018. Carolyn is active in her community, volunteering for her community association and the Garden District of Casselberry.

    Commercial Real Estate and Land Use Attorney Nancy Conicella is a commercial real estate lawyer whose practice focuses on contract and lease negotiation and drafting, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and review and resolution of title insurance matters. Nancy also represents clients in the land use and development sector, with experience in zoning and comprehensive planning, concurrency, permitting, code compliance, annexation, due diligence, variances and waivers, site plan approvals, and procurement of land entitlements. During law school, Nancy was a research editor for the Florida Law Review and served as an extern to the Honorable Anne C. Conway of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
