VHB MillerSellen was asked to research the Reunion Resort and make recommendations on a reasonable development approach concentrating on the next ten years. There were five specific parcels ± 220 acres that needed a development program recommendation. The ULI-Central Florida Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) identified five comparable, local projects to provide direction in forecasting a short term, five year development estimate.

In selecting and analyzing proximate development projects, ULI-Central Florida provided a sampling of data for the ULI TAP. Further, a near term, ten year development program was proposed. The TAP members used this data along with their extensive experience to further define a reasonable near term development program as independent experts in the real estate field.
