ULI Central Florida’s Updated COVID-19 Response
July 2020 Communication Update
No doubt that the Covid-19 pandemic has rendered 2020 as one of the most unique years in history. Policies to slow the spread and shifting economic conditions have presented new challenges for ULI Central Florida, its members, and supporters. While we recognize that in-person events and networking opportunities are significant aspects of ULI’s value proposition, we are proud of our organization’s determination to face this year’s challenges by continuing to offer educational programs and mission-driven committee work, virtually, to keep members engaged and informed.
ULI Central Florida’s policy on conducting meetings and programs in-person will remain on-hold. We will continue to survey the direction of ULI’s national leadership and local guidelines, while remaining vigilant in considering the health and safety of our members. Until ULI Central Florida decides to return to in-person meetings, we will continue to use the virtual platform for meetings and programs. Should you have any questions regarding a meeting, event, or committee, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
As always, any updates to this policy will be communicated on the ULI Central Florida website and via e-mail. Therefore, to ensure you’re receiving our e-mail messages, please check your ULI member profile and update all contact information on-record.
More general information on ULI’s global approach to the outbreak may be found at uli.org. Additional information and resources about COVID-19 and suggested individual precautions are available through the CDC and WHO.
