    Karen Wilke

    Project Engineer, Welbro Building Corporation

    Kaitlyn began her career with WELBRO in 2016 shortly after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture. Kaitlyn started as a Project Engineer in WELBRO’s Special Services Division and has worked on several different types of projects. Her experience, responsibilities and accomplishments as a PE has allowed her to become a well-rounded Assistant Project Manager. In addition, Kaitlyn is WELBRO’s Corporate Trainer for BIM 360 and Bluebeam. She is very organized and utilizes communication tools to keep the owner and project team informed. When she is not at work, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her chocolate lab, Fred and decorating her new home.

    Mary Kaye Barry

    CEO, Millennium Systems Design, Inc.

    Mary Kaye Barry is the CEO of Millennium Systems Design and a 30-year veteran of the business world. She has been with Millennium for 15 years. She is an advocate of customer satisfaction and demands perfection from her employees. Mary Kaye is the glue that holds our Millennium Systems Design family together. She is a member of CEDIA, Home Technology Association, and Azione Buying Group, Prior to her current role of CEO, Mary Kaye was an executive in the insurance industry for 20 years and was able to bring the business efficiency methods required of that fast-paced world into the smaller office of a technology company. Creating efficient and cost-effective business practices and helping to create a successful integration company that just celebrated 20 years. Throughout her time in her chosen profession she has become extremely respected for her knowledge of not only the business aspect and the personnel relations but also the often- changing technologies that are essential in our industry.

    Kathy Hattaway

    Planning Group Leader, Poulos & Bennett

    Kathy has more than 25 years of experience as a strategic planning advisor, specializing in streamlining the complex process of pre-development and permitting. She is also experienced in the drafting of Development Agreements and Development Orders. As a recognized expert within the complex world of land planning, Kathy has managed numerous high-profile development and consulting teams, earning a trusted reputation with clients on the local and national stages. In addition to her regulatory and pre-development knowledge, Kathy is a gifted public speaker and seasoned meeting facilitator. She was an early proponent of incorporating public involvement programs and strategies into the development approval process and has honed those skills with public and private sector clients. A founding member and Chair of the Central Florida ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, Kathy also serves on the ULI Florida Community Development Product Council. Additionally, she Chaired the City of Maitland Planning & Zoning Commission, serves on the Greater Orlando Builders Association Developers Council, and is a member of the American Planning Association. Kathy previously served on the Osceola County Planning Commission and the Osceola County Board of Adjustment and is a graduate of Leadership Central Florida, Leadership Orlando, and Leadership Osceola. She holds a license as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
