    Mary Moltzan

    Principal & Partner, Charlan Brock Architects

    Moltzan has been with CBA for 24 years, and she is currently the only female in the role of principal/partner at the firm. Since joining CBA in the early 90s, Mary has worked on a wide variety of residential projects from mid-rise garden apartment buildings to ocean front high-rise condominiums with parking garages. No matter the type of project, Mary understands that the dwelling units must be desirable in function and livability, meet ever-changing government regulations and still be constructed economically and efficiently. Moltzan approaches every project knowing that it has its own site challenges and requires close coordination with civic and landscape professionals. She has become proficient as a designer of a luxurious living experience at all market levels while solving the myriad of technical issues that always occur. She takes great care to meet client’s criteria while complying with all the regulations and construction requirements. She’s not only making big strides at CBA, but in the industry as a whole. Most recently, she was selected to present at the Tenth Annual InterFace Student Housing Conference. She is a National Green Building Standards Verifier. She is currently a licensed architect in six states. Moltzan studied at Ecole de Architecture in Versailles, France in the mid-80s. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and then worked for two years in Chicago for architectural firms before continuing her professional education at Arizona State University. She graduated in 1990 with a Master of Architecture with a concentration in Urban Design and became a licensed Architect, went on to obtain her NCARB certificate in 2007, and became a LEED AP in 2008.

    Stephanie Henley

    Principal, Beasley & Henley Interior Design

    Stephanie Henley, Principal of Beasley & Henley Interior Design, leads the firm’s operational and financial success. Her experience and leadership focused on developing and delivering design services and solutions, driving growth through strategic marketing, internal processes and investment. Under Stephanie's leadership, this non-stop busy interior design company has achieved successes, financial stability and a profile that grows annually. Stephanie was educated, traveled and has lived around the world and is always looking to spread Beasley & Henley’s passion for, and commitment to, the belief that good design can transform people’s lives.

    Nyla Westlake

    Trammell Crow Residential

    Nyla Westlake joined TCR in 2010 and currently leads Asset Management for TCR nationally. She started as part of the east coast Asset Management team, overseeing properties in the southeast. In addition to leading the effort to reposition TCR’s affordable portfolio in Texas and Colorado, she also re-launched TCR’s development activities in Florida as part of the southeast development team in 2014. During her tenure with TCR, Nyla has assisted with financing, disposition, or recapitalizing of over $500 million in transactions. Nyla originally entered the industry with Trammell Crow Residential Services on the property management side, working primarily on lease-ups and then as a senior manager and trainer at Riverstone Residential Group. Prior to joining TCR, Nyla was Director of Asset Management of a 40-property portfolio in Florida for a private company. Nyla holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida with a minor in Accounting. She has her Florida Real Estate license and a CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

    Kristy Walson

    Senior Sustainability Consultant, TLC Engineering

    Kristy, educated and practicing as a mechanical engineer, focuses on the ongoing energy-efficient operation of facilities, through both initial design and ongoing operation of existing buildings. She leads TLC Orlando's Energy Services group, providing energy modeling, commissioning, energy audits and sustainability consulting to clients. She has more than a decade of extensive experience in sustainable design and has provided LEED Administration on 45+ LEED certified and registered projects, LEED EBOM projects totaling more than 12 million square feet and energy modeled four million+ square feet of projects.
