Let's face it, parking structures occupy a significant amount of real-estate in urban areas, BUT these facilities are not always adding the best value. Dan Helmick, Executive Vice President of Project Development at Finfrock, will lead the discussion in exploring ways to improve existing structures and to increase their efficiency.  Dan will provide several real-world examples of how parking garages can enhance the businesses they serve and help communities achieve their desired aesthetic by implementing cost-effective strategies.
