Urban Plan for Public Officials Workshop
The UrbanPlan for Public Officials workshop introduces its participants to the tradeoffs and risks at play in the entitlement and negotiation process associated with real estate development, especially in public-private partnerships. Through a case study, you will engage in an interactive dialogue involving varying private and public sector roles, complex trade-offs, realistic economic restraints, while taking simulated risk that challenges local leaders across the country.
Learn more about the fundamental forces that shape and affect the built environment and the important leadership roles that officials play in the real estate development process.
Registration for this event is limited to public sector officials and staff.
If you are interested in being a trained volunteer for this or future workshops, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. The next full day training is scheduled for March 14th and requires advanced registration.
