ULI Central Florida invites you to attend the Real Estate Trends Conference.  This Signature Event brings the in-depth land-use trends to the local level. Become part of the dialogue and join Central Florida’s top industry experts in a signature series of presentations, panels, and discussions.

This year’s conference offers an exciting line-up of presenters. The opening keynote speaker is Greg Lindsay, author of Aerotropolis. And we are thrilled to have Jeff Korzenik, Chief Investment Strategist, FifthThird Bank, give his outlook on trends in the economy. In addition, we have two great panels, one focused on trends in commercial and the other on residential real estate. Tim Giuliani, Orlando Economic Partnership is moderating the commerical trends panel with speakers:Damien Madsen, Cushman & Wakefield, Scott “Skipper” Peek, Tavistock, and Tracy Sharp, Boyette Strategic Advisors. Lisa Dilts, Compspring will moderate the residental trends panel with speakers:Adam Wonus, Atrium Property Management, Shelton Granade, CBRE, Len Jaffe, David Weekley Homes, and Thom Cunningham, Crescent Communities.

Also, we will present the 2018 ULI Central Florida Trendsetter Award. The Annual Trendsetter Award recognizes a project or initiative that exemplifies forward-thinking ideas and practices that represent what is perhaps the industry’s next big trend.
