2015 ULI Central Florida Trendsetter Award Winner: Church Street Exchange.

ULI Central Florida Trendsetter Awards

ULI Central Florida invites the nomination of projects, people or initiatives which exemplify the ULI Central Florida Trendsetter Award.

The ULI Central Florida Trendsetter Award recognizes projects or initiatives that demonstrate innovation in the land use and development industry. The award seeks to recognize forward-thinking ideas and practices that have or will create a fundamental shift in the market. The nominee must demonstrate relevance to the contemporary and future needs of the community in which it is located, and must provide lessons, strategies and techniques that can be used or adapted in the industry.

The judges’ scoring will be based on four key criteria, as follows:

  • Visionary – How trendsetting is this project or idea? How innovative is it?
  • Impactful – How great is the actual or potential impact of this project or idea?
  • Implementable – How realistic is this project or idea? How far along is it?
  • Measurable – How measurable are the project’s or idea’s goals?

Nomination for the Trendsetter Award is open to ULI members and non-members.

All submissions must be received via electronic submission to centralflorida@uli.org by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016 to ensure consideration.

The winner will be publicly announced during the ULI Central Real Estate Trends conference on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.
